    i am not 100% indonesian. my parents kept it fron me my whole life that i was 25%. i am 75% russian- and i look slightly aisan(b/c of that 25%)i know nothing about the indonesian culture- and i'd like to learn.my parents omly speak english-and they both look very russian. so- for me to look aisan is akward b/c they dont at all.at first- people used to question why i look how i do.at the time- i didnt know that it was b/c of what i am.i would appreciate it if you are willing to help me out.

    We'll fly from France in october '97 for 3 weeks (4th until 26th). we would like to visit Sulawesi and Nusa Tenggara especially Lombock, Flores and Komodo. We are interested in visiting typical sights (out off the beaten tracks). In particular we'd appreciate getting some informations about Indonesian ceremony(special events). Plus of course we would enjoy metting people along our trip. Any info greatly appreciated.

It's a great place and there are some lovely walks to be had north of Dago to that huge volcano and places like Maribabaya hot springs. Dago Tea House also offers great views of the city.
