This INDONESIAN HOME PAGE is the first web site to host information about Indonesia. It was started in the early development of the World Wide Web at CERN (Netscape was not even born at that time!). It was started as a personal project to answer many questions about Indonesia.
I have been away from Indonesia for 10 years, so the information in this home page may not reflect the current condition in Indonesia. Some people asked me about specific information, such as the cost of living in Indonesia, which unfortunately I cannot provide. If you have information about Indonesia that you want to share, let me know. I'll put it in this web site.
To many of you, this web site is maybe too simple (no dazzling graphics, etc.). I intend to keep it this way to reduce the traffic (of unnecessary graphics). My focus is at the content itself. The goal is to provide the most comprehensive on-line information about Indonesia. I have other web sites for other purposes (multimedia, etc.).
This home page is *NOT* sponsored by the Indonesian government nor does it represent the government's view. Complaints about Indonesian government and/or its political decissions and views should be directed elsewhere. I hate politics!
